Porque N\u00e3o?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ingrediente para 4 doses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">240g de Maruca<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">30g de Cebola<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">14g de Alface<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1g de Alho<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">20g de Azeite<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">50g de Tomate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2g de Cebolinho<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">80g de Batata<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">80g de Gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">125g de iogurte grego natural<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Raspa de lim\u00e3o qb<\/p>\n<p>Coza a maruca em \u00e1gua durante 20 minutos (reserve a \u00e1gua da cozedura). Limpe o peixe de espinhas, de pele e gorduras vis\u00edveis. Coza a batata e o gr\u00e3o na \u00e1gua em que cozeu a maruca. Reserve. Refogue a cebola e o alho picado, adicione a batata e o gr\u00e3o, o cebolinho e salteie. Reserve. Corte o tomate em cubos, a alface em juliana e misture com o peixe e a batata previamente arrefecidos.
